Justin is an operating partner at Junta Capital, where he leverages over 20 years of experience building world-class teams for startups and existing companies in the hospitality, restaurant and entertainment space. He is passionate about structuring organizations, developing and implementing recruiting solutions and serving as a coach and adviser.
Justin has a Hospitality and Restaurant Management degree from Florida Culinary Institute, now Lincoln Culinary Institute. His restaurant experience spans over 20 years, and ranges from short-order grill to fine dining. He is currently the operations partner of the growing, multi-unit restaurant franchise called Chicken Kitchen in the Tampa Bay area.
Rounding out his experience, Justin spent 5 years with Ceridian as an Account Manager for FSA benefits. He also spent 8 years in internet media developing and supervising various projects where he served as director.
Outside of work, Justin endeavors to be a craft beer aficionado, and reading books with clever titles.
